We ships PAN INDIA and across all countries. Timelines currently for domestic parcels include –

Payment Received orders – 2 to 3 WORKING days to process, quality check and pack, 5 to 7 working days max to reach you from shipping.

COD orders – 4- 5 working day to process, quality check and pack, 5 to 7 working days max to reach you from shipping.

For domestic shipping you will receive an whatsapp msg and an email once dispatched like u received one as u placed the order, please mark them as not spam on your email id. It is automated. So you don’t have to worry.

For International shipping – 5 to 6 WORKING days to process, quality check and pack, 5 to 10 working days max to reach u from shipping, you will receive an email and a whatsapp msg with tracking number. It is always important you check your emails for all forms of communication.

For Making Items – Please add another 3-4 working days for making and shipping.

The placed orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product. If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us.

We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers but we ship across all countries and are extremely responsible with packaging and has feedbacks on our social media to vouch for the same. We do try to cater for alternative solutions to rectify the problem if any as well and will differ time to time based on the situations.

Please note, we strictly do not exchange products based on the reasons that it’s too long, big, heavy or not suiting/fitting

Returns –
• We accept the returns in the following cases
• Received a damage product or Received a different product than what you have ordered
• Report us with in 24 hours through email or whatsapp with the unbox video of Damaged or wrong product delivered.
• Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you an exchange
• Returns should be sent through reputed courier services, Returns should be sent with orginal packing and cost should be borne by the buyer
• We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. We will replace it with same product only if there is damage in transit or wrong product delivered.

Refunds –
• 100% refund will be given, if product is not available, or we find any defect or in case no delivery service at your place
