Refund policy

At www.nakshatrajewels.in we pack and delivery your products with great care and the products we sell are brand new, If you have any queries regarding the product please get clarified before placing the order, we will help you with the detail,

The placed orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product. If a particular item in your entire order cannot be processed by us, the item can be replaced for an equivalent value or an additional value item considering the additional price can be paid or a coupon/voucher/gift card value can be provided for the product that can be used on future orders.

We unfortunately do not have an exchange policy for international customers but we ship across all countries and are extremely responsible with packaging and has feedbacks on our social media to vouch for the same. We do try to cater for alternative solutions to rectify the problem if any as well and will differ time to time based on the situations.

Please note, we strictly do not exchange products based on the reasons that it’s too long, big, heavy, beads size, colour or not suiting/fitting. Also due to any reason it is retuned to us will be shipped post paying the shipping charges

Returns –
• We accept the returns in the following cases
• Received a damage product or Received a different product than what you have ordered
• Report us with in 24 hours through email or whatsapp with the unbox video of Damaged or wrong product delivered.
• Upon authorization of returns, we will offer you an exchange
• Returns should be sent through reputed courier services, Returns should be sent with orginal packing and cost should be borne by the buyer
• We do not offer refunds once a product is purchased. We will replace it with same product only if there is damage in transit or wrong product delivered.

Refunds –
• 100% refund will be given, if product is not available, or in case no delivery service at your place
• Mode of refunds – NEFT – with in 2 to 7 working days
