Shipping and Delivery

We offer Pan-India and worldwide shipping. Domestic prepaid orders are generally processed within 2–3 working days and delivered within 5–7 working days after dispatch. COD orders take 4–5 working days to process. International orders are generally processed within 5–6 working days and delivered within 5–10 working days after dispatch. Tracking details are shared via WhatsApp and email.

International orders: Customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges, if applicable, are payable by the customer.

Made-to-order items: Please allow an additional 3–4 working days for making.

Return and Refund Policy

We do not accept cancellations or exchanges for change-of-mind, size, colour, weight, length, bead size or fitting preferences.

In case of a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email with a clear unboxing video. Once approved, we will arrange a replacement with the same product, subject to availability.

International orders: Exchanges are currently not available for international customers.

Refunds are provided only where the product is unavailable or delivery is not possible. Approved refunds are processed through NEFT within 2–7 working days.
